We open on June 24th, and will be open until August 5th. We are open every day from 12:00 noon and take last food orders at 8:00 pm.
What is a diner? Well, it's a place where you can get food almost all day long! It's all downhill.
The snack bar follows the same philosophy and mindset as the main restaurant: only ingredients north of the Arctic Circle. We use what is available and what is good. However, there is no set menu here, but you can choose and mix a little as you like.
You can drink coffee and eat pastries, but you can also eat larger dishes or the 4-course menu of the day – or even more dishes if you wish. You can have a late breakfast, lunch or dinner!
This year we will probably vary the menu a little more than last year. The wine list is the same as in the main restaurant, so you have quite a lot to choose from.
We also have pastries from our tiny little bakery. New this year is that we have bought a proper oven, built a proper baking bench and will be able to bake more things and more different things than last year. You can buy to eat while you are with us, or to take home with you.
We have also bought a new refrigerator and freezer. We will fill these with products from the farm. Some days there will probably be more than others, but vinegars, herbal oils, maybe some stocks, minced meat and other things that we produce ourselves
