Winemaker's dinner with Littorai at Kvitnes Gård This evening we will set up two long tables in the barn, and serve a 5-course menu that is carefully matched to the wines. Ted Lemon will introduce the winery himself, talk about the philosophy behind the production and guide us through six single vineyard wines – Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. In addition, we will serve sparkling wine and dessert wine from Belmonte's other range.
This will be an unusual evening, with a very limited number of places, there simply isn't enough wine to get our hands on for so many people. So you'll need to be quick if you want to secure a place.
We recommend combining the evening with accommodation with us and a tasting menu either the day before or after – for a complete experience on the farm.
Littorai is considered one of the very top wine producers in the United States. The winery is located in Sonoma, California, and their wines are extremely sought after – in Norway they are virtually impossible to get hold of without camping outside the right Vinmonopolet.
