Kvitnes x Bar Amour x Mon Oncle

We are looking forward to welcoming Carlos from Bar Amour and Dimitri from Mon Oncle! Both with a star in the Michelin guide.

Together we will put together a menu consisting of 6 snacks and 6 dishes. It will be exciting to see how a Portuguese and a Frenchman interpret northern Norwegian Arctic ingredients. We have been through a long summer and autumn so the pantry is full of lots of great stuff. Throw in two international top chefs and you have a weekend you definitely don't want to miss!s here -
We're continuing as we usually do when we do these cooking weekends, meaning two days to go!
Friday (October 24) is "Kvitnesdagen" (Witness Day) when we will serve our tasting menu.
On Saturday (25.10), Carlos and Dimitri will be in the kitchen, along with the Kvitnes chefs. Two snacks and two dishes each – that's 6 snacks and 6 dishes. -
Price for the whole weekend is 13500,- (that's for two people)
It includes both dinners, lunch on Saturday, breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and accommodation for two people.
Drinks are an additional charge – we set up drink packages for both days, but you can of course also drink non-alcoholic or choose cocktails if you wish.Bookings can only be made via email to booking@kvitnes.com – we need to know how many of you are and if you have any allergies.
